Interior Decoration:  Private Client, Milton of Campsie

Brief: Specify and manage all aspects of the interior decorating as part of the redecoration of a five bedroom house. The brief was to provide a luxurious interior suitable for the client’s lifestyle.

Solution: working closely with the clients to provide suitable colour schemes tailored to suit each room’s purpose. Accented colour was introduced in the soft furnishing, artwork & accessories. High end furniture & bespoke upholstery compliments the scheme.

A full Interior design service from specification to delivery was provided for the entrance hall, dining room, sun lounge, snug, drawing room, kitchen, office, hallway, 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. All furniture, wall coverings, soft furnishings, lighting, upholstery & accessories were sourced and all finishes specified.

Home Staging :  Cardonald, Glasgow

Brief: To provide advice, an estimated budget and a schedule of works for the homeowners to present their 3 bedroom property for sale in the current tricky property market, to appeal to the maximum number of prospective buyers.

Solution: Working within a modest budget and a schedule of three weeks.

Using the existing furniture, the house was de-cluttered, redecorated, new flooring throughout, bathroom upgraded & finally dressed & presented to gain maximum appeal and attract a broad range of potential buyers.

Renovation and upgrade: West End Tenement Glasgow, for Small property developer.

Brief:to specify and manage all aspects of the interior design as part of the refurbishment and to provide a contemporary interior to attract a higher calibre tenant and subsequent increase in rental return. 

Solution: A full interior design service from specification to delivery was provided for kitchen, bathrooms, lounge & bedrooms, supplying furniture, soft furnishings and all finishing touches to attract the desired tenant & high rental return.

Interior Redesign: First time buyer 3 bed property, Emsworth.

Brief: Make a first time buyers kitchen / diner that had not been updated in over twenty years look stunning, while keeping the costs low.

Solution: A new modern kitchen, the creation of a dining & TV seating area. All aspects were delivered with an eye on budget.

By working closely with the clients from the initial discussion, sourcing, specifying, and installation, the client enjoyed a trouble free design process and we delivered a contemporary home space in their home for them to enjoy.

Brief: Re-design the interior of this family home that had not been decorated in over 15 years.

Solution: To keep within the budget, key pieces of furniture were re-used, the house was de-cluttered, storage solutions provide, children’s bedroom updated, all with a new colour scheme included new soft furnishings & finishing touches.

Clubhouse Renovation, Strathaven Golf club:
Transformed on time, on budget and on brief

Brief: Working within a tight budget and a 4 week turnaround the aim was to create more space to provide a larger function area & relaxing spaces and facilities for members and visitors within the existing footprint.

Solution: Flexibility has been provided with the new bi folding door so that dining areas can be separated from the bar and lounge or relaxing spaces when function demands.

In order to keep within budget & transform visually, the existing tables, chairs & sofas were restored, polished & upholstered, creating a new contemporary colour scheme, mixing pattern and colour with different textures & adding ambiance through different layers of lighting.

The membership & visitor feedback is very positive with many societies & groups keen to sign up for their functions.
