At Sienna we are specialists in helping homeowners present their property for sale, to appeal to the maximum number of prospective buyers and ultimately sell for the highest possible price.

Our highly skilled home staging team have been trained personally by Ann Maurice, of TV’s House Doctor® programme which assures you of the high standards of our work and level of expertise we have to offer.

Our objective is to spend the minimal amount of money to get the best impact. We will look at every aspect of the property - inside and out, identifying any problem areas that may encumber its sale and focusing on its best features to ensure that your home sells for your desired asking price. We can also assist you with making these happen, or take the hassle off your hands and do the whole thing for you.  Either way, our approach is always flexible and we’ll work to your requirements and budget. 

The Service:

Consultation and report:  2-3 hour consultation on how to present your property for sale followed-up with a summary report.  You would then make the recommended changes and style and dress the property. 

Staging and presenting your property to sell:  Includes consultation, managing of trades , complete staging and presenting of your property from beginning to end.

Styling and dressing only:  You may choose to have a consultation, make the changes yourself and call us back to complete the all important final dressing and staging. In addition to this service we can offer Personal shopping, for accessories, soft furnishings and items to complete the look. 

The Landlords choice:

Buy -to-let furnishings supplied, that are both robust and bespoke. A fast and efficient installation gets you on market quicker and renting faster. With a tastier property you'll tempt a better tenant.
